Hello guys. I have a 1999 Indy 500 that runs great most of the time. I have only owned it for a couple months but 2 times when riding on a 30 degree day the machine runs great but when shut off and sits for about 10 minutes then restarts does not have enough power to move. Revs to 4000. When you lift the track will rev normal and spin track normally. I have all new fuel lines and filters. Replaced the cdi box in hopes that this fixes the problem. Just wondering if I am missing something. Compression is 115 on both cylinders.
