Slp makes pipes for the 600 also, but for mostly trail riding, you may want to go with a single instead of twins. Slp makes a single also.

I have been told by many that they are easier to tune to, you don't have to mess with jets with the single all the time, and you get like 10hp out of it. My wife has twins on her 99, I have it jetted to about 0 or a little below, and it seems to run good enough for her.
