2000 Polaris triumph 600 triple When I bought the sled it didn't run I cleaned the fuel pump, tank and carbs got it running but fuel would leak in to air box. So I got a kit with all gaskets and floats it helped but same issue. I found that the chokes were leaking and fixed them now it will idle just fine no leaks and I let it idle for around 30 minutes. But after about 5 minutes of riding I find fuel in air box. And after cleaning it up and letting it idle again there is nothing

It is possible that there is still a problem with the carburetor or fuel system that is causing the fuel to leak into the air box while riding. Some possible causes of this issue could include a malfunctioning carburetor float, an issue with the fuel pump, or a clogged fuel line.

It may be necessary to take the snowmobile to a professional mechanic who can diagnose the issue more accurately and make the necessary repairs. They may also be able to check for any other underlying issues that could be causing the fuel leak.

In the meantime, you may want to avoid riding the snowmobile until the issue is resolved to prevent any potential safety hazards or further damage to the engine.
