After screaming across the lake (not maxed out) at about 80-90mph on my 2006 Polaris Fusion 900 the exhaust gets so hot I cannot put my foot in the right side opening. the exhaust is so hot the belly pan started to melt. Engine temp never got over 150. What could cause this and could it damage the motor?[confused]
Thanks, I will get the Hot Air Elimination kit from SLP. This was so hot, the belly pan near the exhaust has signs of melting. I have to do something.
