Lol you guys are silly. We have great riding here! You can sled somewhere else every other weekend of the season.

Good to see you all ready Glen! We'll see ya tomorrow!

We had really good riding today and hit up many swamps. Looking forward to tomorrow! No-one ran out of gas but a few were close. Not me though :p

Sure hope all you guys are having a good time up in Isabella this weekend, my clan wanted to make the trip, but some issues came up that prevented us from making the event, and Ultrafluff was on his his way up to invade Nashwauk with his triple based boat anchor, when dispatch called him and had him heading to Mississippi with a urgent load versus enjoying some seat time. I won't repeat any of the material that Fluff passed along, normally that is saved for his Sunday morning Sermon for all you triple die hards!!! Anyways, our clan did get out yesterday and it was just pristine conditions. A few minor issues, MX86 tore the bumper off his ridiculously equipped 800 Polaris machine trying to climb a hill that was giving us all neck pains looking up, damn machine was chine walking with no ski pressure. Gringo decided it was better to roll down a hill than dig it out. We will again head out today and challenge what needs to be conquered, and hope to return to a slew of pics from members with smiles ear to ear from the 2011 Isabella run.

Why are you posting this here? It has NOTHING to do with the SF ride in Isabella. It has a couple of mentions of the trip then some pictures of MX86 that are completely irrelevant.

Started the ride on Sun.the 23rd with Wallygator this year. Little cool in the morning but warmed up fast. Went exploring around on some old logging roads that we found out they are not passable any more.

Was having chain case problems with the switchback so had to ride the classic rest of the week. Didn't do too well in the deep swamps.[Disappointed]

Wend. 2Sewings, Evil Santa, Boss980f, Captain Tom and Sledneck1978 and his friend hooked up with us and we did a 210 mile day up to Hungry Jack. Was tired by the end of the day but we had a blast. Trails were smooth and the weather was perfect.

Over all it seemed like everyone had a good time without any major carnage this year other than Erick tweaking an A-arm on his RMK.
After 990 miles in 8 days, I'm pretty well wore out for a week or two. Have time to fix the switchback and do some maintenance on both sleds for the next adventure.

Being the moderator Jeff, why don't you move this post to "had a good time today" thread. You all ready posted in it, don't want to offend anyone in this thread or get their blood pressure up by agreeing finally

Because I can't move posts. We can only move topics. I told you the same thing I'd tell anyone who made an irrelevant post in a topic.

Ryans Dragon ran flawlessly after the rebuild and the 700 did pretty well with the 136 w/the cobra track...only one stuck for me but I didn't do as much venturing as some of the other hard core riders like Eric,Dumz, zoo and others did.Jerry had a real tough time keeping the 500 shorty out of the heavy brush and got stuck numerous times and had a lot of trouble making it up a couple of the hills but still had a great time. Not much carnage for us....Ryan lost an SLP pre-filter,My temp gauge stopped working and Jerry lost the headlights and the skid plate rivets let loose.....Oh well, cheap fixes.

Some short clips of playing around in the north woods. Not very good video but for some reason I can't down load right to the site.

Still trying to figure out this face book thing.

Sure glad I decided not to ride the switchback the last few days. Bottom sprocket bolt broke and jammed between the top sprocket and case. Easy fix, now I have to finish welding the front torque arm and re powder coat it. Cracked again so now it is re enforced so it won't crack anymore.
The old classic now is missing quite a few lugs on the track but at least I don't have to replace it like Dumz one has to.[xx(][xx(] I guess trying to saw through rotten stumps with the sled isn't such a good idea.

Managed 543 miles for the few days but had a blast[thumb] Get a few pics posted tomorrow night......
