and it's still coming down... Unfortunately, I'm a couple hundred miles from home and we're not getting it there. Just can't wait to ride again...

I am currently 65 miles north of Valdez, Alaska. We ended up with about 9" of new snow from this snowfall. I may have spoke too soon. It started snowing again. Thought it was done for the day...

Aksrambler, were at exactly? Just wondering cause me and some friends were wanting to do a road trip and want to know were the freshies are!! you guys didn't get any of that 31 inches that Alyaska got did you?

I'm at Pump Station 12 on the pipeline. It's 50 miles south of Glennallen. No, we didn't get 31". Have you gone to Paxson? Or the Richardson Monument? Looked like there might be good snow there.

NO I haven't been to either, but have been to Summit(sucked) that's about it! How is Paxson? I haven't heard anything on it yet. Anyway the more info the better try to let me know about Paxson though......thanks!!

Well, I drove up past Paxson and Summit today. There were about 6 trucks/trailers of riders at the Richardson Monument. I don't think there is any more snow than last week in the Paxson/ Summit area. But it all looked ride-able. Of course, this is just in passing in my truck. I didn't get out and measure the snow. There's definitely more snow down here by Pump Station 12.

Thanks for the update! I heard that around that area the pipe line is supposed to have some decent riding, guess there's only one way to find out!!

well, it's snowing here now- getting some decent flurries which may add up if it keeps it up for the rest of today and tomorrow. this will probably happen, because it's just my luck to have brought my sled in for work and the soonest it will be done is saturday!!!
