Well i just bought a 1998 600 rmk with 5100 miles on it.Compression was 123 mag and 122 pto side.What i would like too know is what is the best clutch and primary spring and helix set-up for this sled.Also came with a trail can.Thanx[]

I think it is anywhere from 1200 to 1500 on the prairies.

What's in it for clutching now? Stock should be 54g weights, dark blue/white primary spring, R8 helix and a silver/blue secondary.

For sea level all I'd change is your weights, go up to a set of 60g or 62 g weights. Should make a big difference.

Clutch is stock with blue spring,but don't know what is in the primary.Will have too pull it apart on the week-end.

Finally got the clutches apart and the primary has blue spring and 10m-58 weights and r-8 helix and silver with blue spring in secondary.Is a good combo???New too the 600 RMK.

mines has 320 for around 1500 ft elevation I ride all the way up to 7,500 ft
