Well I bought the 67' skeeter. Its pretty clean with no rust and nice chrome, had been stored covered for years in a dry climate (eastern Washington). Only thing to fix is the windshield is missing a piece on the upper corner. The thing that impressed me was the engine, started right up and is real clean looking. The track is in decent shape also. I paid $400 which is a bit more than I expected but hell, its a 40 yr old machine that runs well, that seemed worth it. Weird how the gas tanks have a dipstick, a crude way to check the tank, especially if its snowing hard. This is my first vintage sled so I am pretty psyched to have it!

I live in the mountains, we have about 100" already, no joke. We usually have snow here from October until June, our average snowfall is @ 400"/year.
