Motor bogs for a second and then rpms go up and it launches. has always done this have tunned the clutching and I believe it is not a clutch bog. thinking that maybe it could be pilot jet or air screw think I need to go leaner but not sure. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I'd start by setting the air screws to factory specs and work from there. Go one turn in on all then ride it, don't test it on a stand. If it gets worse then go the other way. Usually a little tinkering with the air screw can clean up the bottom end quite nicely.

Your needle n seats may be leaking thus dumping too much gas into the carbs, then cylinder. This would produce the initial bog you speak of. They're cheap, replace them.

Make sure the carbs and all jets are TOTALLY CLEAN. Also be sure they are synced properly (throttle cables, slides etc.) Be sure the chokes are adjusted correctly as well, one may be slightly open.....check em out.
