Does anyone know how to adjust the rear suspension of a 1996 vmax 600?
Will this raise up the rear of my sled?

it seems you just want the rear to sit higher...adjust the springs to rock hard and that'll happen, somewhat. But it'll bounce over bumps like a dumptruck. Leave it the way it is or buy a newer sled if you must have that jacked rear end.

I know you can adjust the tension on the springs. Your spark plug wrench fits over it so you can turn it to the different settings, be sure to do the one on the other side as well. It shouldn't affect your ride height that much. It just stiffins or softens your suspension. Not sure what else those Vmax's have for adjustments though. Check your owners manual or pick one up at a dealer, they're cheap and will give you some good general info.
