Ok guys,
here's the deal.
I have basically a stock 680 motor.
I had PSI pipes on it but thay were getting too much attention from the DNR, so i have gone back to stock pipes with a DG can. At the same time I installed a set of Boisen 2 stage reeds. I currently have 390's with a 400 on the PTO side.
I don't recall what stock jetting is, or if in fact that is what I should go back to.
Going on a trip in 2 weeks and have no damn snow here near Chicago to Test and Tune.
What are your suggestions on jetting and pin/clip settings?
Looking forward to a trouble free ride first tim out! (yeah right)
I just hope it runs as good as it looks.
I did a custom Black with Pearl Purple accents paint job with Chrome lettering.
If you see me on the trails, stop and say Hi.
Will be in Mercer area the 17th thru the 20th.
Thanks in advance for your time and help.
Jeff

Stock is 340 on all carbs and 380 if it is spx. SO the pto is not richer. Now that is stock at 0-3000 feet and at 30-10 degrees.

SPX, Aggressive chassis.
Sorry, didn't think it made a difference.
"Theword" answered that 380 is stock accross the board.
Is that what I should go back to?
Also, I lost the instructions that came with the Boisen reeds, I believe they said something about moving the clip, any thoughts?
Thanks for the answers guys!

The Word is close on stock jetting, but just for the record it's 350s on 97 ultras other than the SPX at 380. I would recomend that if your going back to stock 380 mains, 50 pilots, and fresh reeds, move your clips to the 3rd notch from the top, and instead of the stock air screw settting at 3/4 out from seat, go to 1 turn out. Fine tune from there.[thumb]

Will do Willie.
Thanks for the advice.
I'm sure gonna miss those PSI's (but not the attention)
Are you or anyone else interested in an all but new set of PSI's?
Still praying for enough snow to "test and tune" before the trip!
Should have the sled assembled and running tomorrow.
Thanks again.
