Does anyone know if there is a place in the wiring harness to plug in the shield. Looked in my Polaris manual on the wiring schematic but it doesn't show any extra hook ups. Please let me know where it would be located if anyone knows. I know I have seen extra wires under the hood in different places. Thanks!!!!

Look for a yellow wire coming off the voltage regulator. Regulator should be behind the right foot well. Other wire gets grounded to one of the regulator nuts.
Thanks ACEXLT, I know right where that's at because I had all those wires off to clean them up and grease with dielectric grease.
