I have the same sled and am planning on rebuilding mine before the snow flies. It has about 5800 on it and I plan on putting some after market goodies on, so I want to make sure the engine is "fresh".
Anyways, according to Denis Kirk, you can get a full engine gasket kit for between $55 and $73 depending on brand. If you went to a private snowmobile parts place (not a Polaris dealer), you could probably pick it up even cheaper. May want to consider replacing the rings too which would run you between $14 and $26. The cost isn't too bad, assuming you'd do the work yourself.
