If you can find pipes for an MXZ 500 I believe they will fit you will need to change to the MXZ 500 rotary valve and rejet the carbs. I installed a 501 rotary valve in my 98 formula 500 along with UFO's in the carbs and rejetted it, it really brings the engine to life, I also put formula 583 gears and chain then added some adjustable pins to the primary clutch. It will give my brothers MXZ 670 a good run on lower end.
