i know this isnt what you wanna hear btu its a time tested method trial and error. but you may want to look at there site or send madcow a pm asking him.

Call Dynoport and ask them for their recommendation. They know what works with their own pipes. WL

Thanks for the responses. I guess I will have to call Dyno Port. I was just thinking that someone on here has probably gone thru the process and might have some info. I've done enough of this in the past to know what they tell you isn't always the "Hot" setup.

Dynoport's recommendations below (fairly generic):

Jetting: Trail / Lake

0-30 degrees: 188-190 / 190-192

Below 0: 192-195 / 195-200

*Minnesota Residents – oxygenated gas go up 1 to 2 jets.

!Caution!
1. Please read your spark plug color to verify correct jetting.
2. Remember lake running requires richer jetting.
3. Also, jet richer for colder temps.


My guess is that the jetting is probably pretty close to where it should be. Clutch for 7800 rpm - these pipes provide some nice grunt.
