I pulled the carbs off the zr and the mains were 430's. On the cat micro fiche it shows 430's but on the jetting chart it shows i should be running 390's. Im 0-2000ft mostly 0-20 degrees. What should I be running?

Read your plugs. Jetting charts are a baseline. If the plugs look dark and wet....your too rich....if their gray-white your too lean. Search the forum for plug reading...theirs some good info on here!

What carb's are you running? That year had two different carb configurations! Round carb's or a flat slide's?

Round carb's should be 430-440 roughly
flat slide's should be 370-390 roughly

Try the 420's for 0-20 degrees. Mine ran pretty rich with the 430's @15*, went down a size and it made a world of difference.
But plugs are the only sure way, make sure to check them regularly when changing jetting, and keep in mind the temps you ride at
