Hey all, the tear down continues. Sled is at my work, so not going super fast. Everything is coming off with ease which I'm enjoying. Skid will need to come out, waiting for bearings piston set, stator, pump and fee other parts. Skis all ready to go back, just need to install new bearings in new trailing arms. Here we go.

Engine is out, will do tear down next week. I have plenty of time. Might wait, and just tackle jackshaft bearings after front suspension together. Pretty much the whole sled is in pieces, except the chain case so wanna start putting things back together. Pics will keep coming

7So I'm still at tearing apart stage, engine out, split and now I have decided to send crank out to be rebuilt. I'm so deep into this project why stop now. Bought for just over 2000 and invested 2500 so far, crank will be another 800. Pretty much everything on this sled has been replaced.
Crank- bearings seals
Waterpump
Fuel pump
Upper lower jackshaft bearings
Rebuilt clutch, cleaned both primary and secondary
New bearings and wheels in skid, New straps
Front suspension replaced, new trailing arms, viper shocks
New sear
Probably more buts that it for now
