Alberta Snocross

O k so is there anyone out there reading this who just happens to be an insurance guy? Or knows one, and could possibly give me some kind of idea on insurance costs for something like this in Alberta? I'm refering to the new Snocross/Motocross Emporium that might soon be in operation just north of Edmonton.
