I didn't even pay this much for my '97 XLTsp new in the crate.

And a 'slightly' blown motor to boot.

I like the term "slightly blown motor". One thing to note, it is Canadian $$$. But, it is still high if you figure $0.70 on the US dollar it would be $3150, a still outrageous price. I wonder if he misplaced a decimal in his price. However, some people really think their thrashed up toys are worth more than what they really are.

That is funny, Don't think you could get that kind of money for a brand new anything built in 96'. The guy will get a reality check if someone actually takes the time to bid on it.

they sell for like 2000-2500 here. And I am in Canada. I am selling my 95 maybe i should get him to sell it for me! I wish it was worth that!!! lol

no...becasue the price that is on the auction is canadian, so the us would be lower!! I can get a brand new factory race sled in crate for that price!!!

It says US dollars, most auctions iv seen say canadian by the dollar amount if they are selling in in canada money..Who knows??

It says US$4500.00, meaning 4500 dollars US. It would say cdn or something if it were Canadian, and yes it would be 6304.00 Canadian...

I know but it says "Starting bid US $4,500.00" which is the currency that the auction is in, and because it was a Canadian that placed that item for auction is says under it in small grey letters "Approximately C $6,304.27"
