I would say that they had some serious traction and pulled th ski's off of the ground....and the pic was taken in the area where the ski's came up.

Polaris is my way out - Other people just use a door.

That's exactly what I thought at first. But the track print doesn't even look disturbed. In situations where that has happened, the track print is usually kind of spun up.

This looks like something just rode by at a slow speed to leave such a percise print....Hell I don't know, makes you wonder though.

looks to me like the pic is a set up. i mean, the way it is used on the yamaha website is as a pic filler. and don't you think the edges should be 'chipped' in spots? it's perfectly straight. i think it's just a doctored photo myself.
