Hi... more from the 1997 ZRT 600. I had it running this morning, shut it off, pulled the secondary clutch to clean, put it back on and now sled won't start. no spark. Ive read loads about this and now its my turn. I used the factory supplied jumper and hooked it up as directed down by the stator and the sled fired and ran on the first pull. No lights, no gauges of course with the jumper in. so now I know its a switch issue of some sort. so....... I followed the instructions about pulling the 3 prong connector apart up in the steering column, but I can't get a spark with any combination of jumpers at that connector. Is there a seperate step for dealing with issues cause by the carb switches?

Please...... help.......

Thanks

Nick

ok..... well if I can get up the nerve to go work on my sled when its 8 degrees outside...... Im going to try bypassing the entire wire harness and wire the key directly down to the stator.......... via instructions from Blaine P.
