i have a chance to get a 92 arctic cat thundercat with the 800 triple in it or a 94 polaris indy xlt special with the xlt 700 liquid cooled motor which is better both are comparable body wise and both need a little engine work which one should i get?

The XLT is a 580, not a 700. Both sleds are old and unreliable. I wouldn't go with either. The thundercat has a lot more ballz and is insanely fast. The XLT is a good trail sled but is also quick when you want it to be.

id personally go with the thundercat, those were crazy fast sleds. the xlts also had 600's in them, my buddies xlt 600 rips like nuts, hes got a bit done to it but they fly, but ya id go the thundercat

The early t-cats were some of most ill handling beasts ever made. I guess if you spend your days going across a perfectly flat lake then it would be a decent sled.

i didnt know they made a tcat with an 800 and i didn tknow they had a 92 tcat either
