Hi, i just ran my 1993 lynx mountain cat 340.After doing the normal stuff after it's been sitting for a while. I changed out the fuel lines, replacecd the fuel pump, spark plugs, new gas,oil and cleaned the carb twice.

it ran for a bit but shut off after moving about 2to 3 feet. The only time it moved more than 2to3 feet it stopped and then backfired, now it won't start again after trying everything i could think off.

Any Ideas??

the plugs after it ran for 5 mins. one was wet and clean and the other looked damp and really dirty, when it did run it was a little rough

clean or change the plugs.if it starts try to let it run for a while .
15-20 min. idling, make sure the track is off the ground. Turn it off when it's warmed up good and try to start it up again. Maybe you didn't give it enough time to warm up the first time.

Take both carbs off and clean all the dirt and stuff out and put them back to together and try it again.
