What is your opinion on the best Fuji 500 piston out there? Should I go stock or aftermarket?

Do you need to bore them holes? I think stock pistons are cast and most aftermarket pistons are forged.

I'm about 70% sure you don't need to bore the cylinders, maybe if I hone it out well I shouldn't have a problem with putting either stock or aftermarket pistons in.

Does anybody know whats the most inexpensive kit out there?

Have someone measure your cylinders with a bore gauge you cant tell by looking at it. If you have 3500+ mile on engine you might be at the wear limit now honing will only make the bore larger .

Actually I think the only company that offers a purely forged lineup of pistons is Wiesco. Most other companies either specifically offer cast or a combination. I know the cheap Dennis Kirk pistons are cast along with SPI, and Pro X's.
