I Ride a 1996 ZRT 600, with a few Mods. Already i have the Sled Clutched, Piped w/ can, and a New 1.25 shotgun track. I would like to do a few more mods to the machine this year.

What is the most effective Mod's, and most inexpensive?

Iv heard dropping a couple jet sizes is pritty effective.
What size jets should i run? How Much About is the cost?

Air Box Mod? I have seen a lot of thread on this topic buti cant ever find a straight forward answer. What is the best thing to do.
Gut the Air Box Completely, Just gut Out Insulation, Drop the entire Air box set up and run Single Filters, and Just leave it stock?

If you guys know of any other or more effective mods please list them. Trying to build up a screaming machine for the best bang for the buck.

Well, when you jetted for the pipes you should have gotten it to a good baseline. But the way you make it sound is that you didn't jet with the pipes.

At this point you could try traction products, gearing, porting and polishing, and weight reduction tactics to try and gain speed/power.
