Blown 2009 Cleanfire 800 4 injector

Hello everyone! I have a 2009 800 Switchback that cracked my crankcase in half at 1184 miles. My question is does anyone know the different blocks that were made over the years and what would work with my sled? I was able to find a 2012 engine block but it only has the 2 injectors. It has the moulding for the other 2 injectors but the hole isn’t drilled all the way into the intake. Can I just drill the hole out and it will work fine or should I just switch the entire thing to the 2012 2 injector system? I can’t really find any information on the different blocks that were made so any information would be awesome!!
