Hey all, here is the trailer I built. Some of you may have read the previous thread that I wrote on making this from scratch. Should do nicely but now that I have 8 machines I think I have to double decker it. LOL

Ah, should have mentioned that trailer is 8X18 tandem with e-brakes. Not shown is an aluminum 4X8 ramp that acts as a deflector up front on an angle to keep rocks and mud from the sleds.
Not my shop. A buddy lets me come over. A special thanks to Dave at A-Transit in Surrey, BC for the time, patience, advise and tons of welding and grinding for this project!!
I think NY might be a little out of my league for driving 4 sleds out though! Especially crossing the border these days.

You make me jealous with such a nice creation. We just put together a two place out of a old 4x8' wood trailer that we redecked to 8' by 8'. It does the job, but that trailer you have is outstanding!
B-man.. id like the plans if u can send them to me in the mail or sumtin! u see i have a welder and a nice garage, and friends who are in a metal fab shop so im gonna build us all a trailer! i like urs so i thinkin MESA GONNA MAKE ONE LIKE THAT! my truck will haul anything. i plan on disc brakes and such... tandem. i have my own arc welder i bought last year with a 180$$$ helmet auto darkening.. i have practiced never used it for anything useful. but then again im not normal so who cares.
THAT TRAILER OWNZ U!!!
Duct tape much like the force... it has a light side, a dark side.... and it holds the world together!
Any idea how much a trailer like this would cost to buy? Every trailer I have seen is waaayy wimpy. Would anybody be interested in making one of these and selling it? (BMan?)
Well I've seen similar here (non covered) 8X18 tandem 15" rims, e-brakes without ramp or deflector from anywhere $2500-$3000 cdn.
The story on mine is I had a buddy sitting on a burned out camper trailer frame and axles. I got that for $500. Had to flip the axles to get it to ride flatdeck so new u-bolts $75. Then all the lighting and wiring $200, deck and paint (cheapest I could get 5/8" tng siliconed joints) $250. And one new magnet for the the brakes $50.
I think all said and done I'm into it for about $1300 cdn. Smokin deal in my eyes but my buddies labour on welding and shop time would have gone large! He ownZ me know.
