i'd like to know too, cux i'm looking into getting one. i talked to a dealer last weekend, and he said it doesn't amount to much performance increase, but it's supposed to crispen up throttle response noticibly. i haven't talked to anyone who doesn't sell them though, for all i know, it could have been this guys sales pitch.

I'm planning on getting one myself. My roommate has one on a banshee and it seems to help a little. I was told to put one on my sled to get ride of the midrange bogging problem my motor is known for. And Polaris puts the mounts there for a reason on the new sleds.

only guy I ever talked to said it did nothing for him. But I have another guy who insits they use them on all their sleds and think they are the greatest so no idea.

I think they do help, but the difference is so small, that it goes unnoticable.

I just had one installed on my XC 700 and can not seem to get it to idle down correctly. My mechanic is actually a Ski-Doo specialist and isn't sure if I should leave the bottle on. He says that he talked to a Polaris mechanic who told him that he had two big twins blow up last season after installing boost bottles. Any ideas on jetting or anything?
