Well these are my pictures as you can see in the 2nd pic there is a huge scrape in the piston, but other than that what do you think. are they actually burned down or are they fine.

Those aren't burned down, however the blow by is bad. Also it almost looks like you siezed the piston with the scratch in there. With the gray around that scratch that's the impression I get.

it wasnt seized i was still able to pull it over just fine. i know that i blew the rings because i only had 25psi in the cylinder. the cylinder wall doesnt look bad either no deep gouges or scrapes.

you are a little on the lean side and the piston got overheated. a true lean destroys the piston. overheated burns the piston.
