I tried to sync them with drill bit but sled still runs crappy also when I adjust them all the way down one goes quite a bit further than the others. help supposed to go trail rideing tommorow!!!!!!!
I started out setting them with a drill bit then used this. It worked for me. Hope it helps.

on the old JD's I used to always just put a finger on the top of each cylinder, then squeeze the throttle, let it down, and feel when they hit, then make one match the other
they may be called snowmobiles, but hiding behind that is a cheap excuse to not grass drag.
