Almost time to fire up the sled, What do you guys recommend for chain case oil, and how do you get rid of the air bubbles when filling the coolent?? thanx guys, everyone on here has been a great help now i feel like i really know the sled!!! and can fix anything that may happen in the future [thumb]

coolants easy: Fill up system until the bottle is full run for a few minutes(on a stand) turn off fill up to line. Repeat until it doesnt go any lower. For chain case oil im just using cat chaincase oil, i was thinking amsoil but the dealer is like to use this its cheaper and it will work just fine.

^^ Leave the cap off while you are running it.

chain case oil i use Polaris synthetic.

And slightly elevate the engine so the air bubbles flow out of your coolers and to the engine side.
