I don't think chain tension varys by sled but here goes. I have heard that when you move your secondary it should only move 3mm each way. That doesn't seem like a lot to me. I have also heard countless times (and this is what I did on my sled) was to hand tighten it and then back off 1/4 turn.
i have also heard have it loose turn secondary counter clockwise take slack out the back tight and then 1/4 turn off tighten it all up thanks for the help. i just instaled new gears 24/37 and i had ths skid and rear suspension podwer coated i will post pics sat
