so the other day I pulled the chaincase dipstick from the case & It looked not so good(had pieces of chain grits on the magnet end of the stick & it was covered in really black smelly oil). I then went & bought some AMSOIOL thinking it needed to be changed, so I went to drain it from the bottom end and it was as clear as oil gets! WTF why? I'm asking for any kind of help here!

That dark stuff your seeing is about 90% metal with some oil mixed in there. As long as theres no big chunkes on the magnet theres no need to worry, fine pieces are normal. Change your chaincase oil once a year and call it good. Pull the dipstick and wipe the metal off of it every few rides.
