I've been cutting and splitting wood all day.The spot where my buddy dropped the log's was a little far from the house. So when my son got home from school I hooked up this little home made trailer up to his 72 Yam 338 gp as it was built for his sled buy my uncle. He's still out there 2 hours now he's moved about 5 face cords.I just hope I don't strain my right arm hosting coolies(children on sleds must be supervised)

Those small Deere's are actually made by Kubota. John Deere really don't make much of their own stuff any more.

We cut this stuff out of a swamp in 8'sections skidded it out to the field with my buddys 75 alpine. Then my neighbour brought it over to the house with his Case the only access to this wood is in winter on the ice. Check this out my young lad got home today and put in another 2 hours running wood. Then we took off for a 2 hour ride after dinner.

If I could add clapping sounds, they would be loud and long. To many kids want to come home and go play. Keep them busy for a bit then they will enjoy the time they get with the sled that much more. Keep up the supervising, just don't go sledding after you "supervise" to much. LOL

Where did you come from? Small Deeres are made by Yanmar in Japan. Deere makes a TON of bigger stuff including crawlers and front end loaders, but I think they only make things 500hp and over.
I actually don't know who makes Kubotas... Could be Yanmar, but I doubt it. Could actually be Kubota, wouldn't that be a hoot?

I'm sure Deere still makes their bigger stuff like ya said. I only heard that the smaller ones where made by kabota. Their used to be a plant here in Kaukauna, Wisconsin called Badger that used to make all sorts of Deere parts. I think mostly like spreaders and stuff
