Is that a 1996 XCR 600 SP on the aggressive chassis? I have the XCR 600 SP and guess what the lever broke off and I am sorry to say you need to replace the whole assembly to fix it. They aren't expensive but sure is annoying that is happens.

Hey everyone the choke handle on my sled is broke off and i dont knwo how to fix it if anyone could help it seems that just the little lever broke off!

Turns out you dont have to replace the whole thing they make lever repair kits for 4 bucks you can get at your polaris dealer

sweet. I don't really remember what we did but I think we replaced the whole thing. Not just our lever broke but the thing the lever attaches to as well.
