Hey all. I need some info here. Working on a friends wildcat650 and it has not been cleaned in years so I want to remove the carbs to first fix the choke cables then clean and adjust the carbs. Also I have no manual.
Carbs are all stock.

How do I remove the air box? do I have t take off the seat and gas tank?
What are the spec's for the carb settings?
What is the idle suspose to be?
I have synk'ed carbs using drill bits before anybody know what size to start with?

Looking for any tips, and thank you all.

Remove the secondary and the air box can come out. Remove the screws in the side bracket and move it back and the carbs will then come out easily.
Use a 1/4" drill bit to set bottom and check that both are even at WOT.
Set air screws at 1 turn out to start.
