What would you suggest to clean the engine department of a snowmobile? Mine is filthy dirty so I would rather do it now then have to next year. Is there anything else I should worry about before I do this? This will be done on a Polaris 2002 800 XC SP. Thanks.

Use Simple Green DEGREASER not diluted, then coat everything with WD50 (not the clutches). This will make it easier the next time you clean and mice hate the WD50!

Stops rust too!

What is WD50? I know of WD-40, but i'm wondering if that was just a typo.

use some of the pure orange oil. i eats the oil grime away and clean clutch dust really well, and one plus is it leaves your sled smelling orange fresh
