I'm trying to get my clutch off to put a new one on but the bolt is being hung up and wont come out. It is loosend all the way it just wont come out. Do I need to take a cut off tool and just cut it off? any ideas????

alot of people seem to have that problem on the arctic cat clutch bolts, on the others as well but seems to be more often on the cats for some reason. needle nose visegrips seem to be the answer from what i have seen on here but ive never had to deal with it myself..

There is an aluminum and a neoprene spacer on the bolt,
between the clutch and the crank end. The threads of the bolt
are probably snagging on one or the other(very common)
Sometimes, not often, turning the clutch while gently pulling
on the bolt will work. Usually, its the small needle-nosed
vice-grips that will get the job done.

i dont know if u got one but they have clutch pullers and they are universal so if u buy one for around 80$ you and ur friends wont have to worry bout damaging or shop costs
