I searched this topic and there was nothing that sounded like this so here it goes

on my mach 1 when you get it up about 7,000 rpm it really has a whiny noise to it and it sounds like its coming from the primary
it hasnt been to bad but today it got really bad and I thought maybe it was the belt so I put my brand new belt on I still got the same noises
Is my clutch gonna destroy itself?

the sled is on the origonal clutch and has 2,400 miles on it

Are there bushing in it that could be wore. Not sure as I have never worked on a tra clutch.

Did you adjust the secondary for belt deflection? How's the alignment?

Chexck the chain case liek th guy said...
but yes there are bushing in TRAs and they do wear, espcially if you dont clean youyr clutches. over the summer the shaft do rust up and rust eats bushings.
I would check that, and clean both while you are there.

OR it cold be one of your primary bearings starting to go... in which you have to chnage tehm right away...
