I’ve got an Indy 500 that I wanna clutch. She’s got Wiseco .040 over pistons, aaen pipe, and the 121" is gone and in its place is a 136" track with a 1" lug. The clutches and gearing now are stock and I'm 230 pounds. I wanna have good all around performance and not lose all my top end. Any advice is a help because I don’t have a clue about clutching.

Get a clutch kit from EPI, I've got one and I'm happy with it. Other manufacturers have kits for these machines also. These usually come with springs for both primary and secondary as well as a helix. Gearing, I'd say go down 1, maybe 2, teeth on the upper gear. You'll lose some top end speed with the gearing change but should run better, especially with your track extended.
