Define "normal". It can vary from one engine to the next. The actual compression isnt as important as is the compresson being fairly even between the 2 cylinders.
Anything over 100 psi of compression is plenty.
My '01 600 with 6,000+ miles it has 119 in one cylinder and 121 in the other.
