I got an e-mail for the crash page at my site. http://www.snowmobilefanatics.com/extreme_crashes.asp Look at the last crash and read it. I don't want that to happen to anyone here. Just a reminder of what can happen. I want you guys to be safe!

Ready to Ride...NEED SNOW!!!!!!...if you have snow, i hate you...
The engine still looks like a sled engine. Clutches too.

that's about it though.

That really makes you think. I quit drinking on sleds and bikes after I kept waking up in the morning wondering how I made it home alive. I also learned that you can put on a lot more miles if you don't stop at every bar. I hope someone can at least learn from his mistakes.
I've seen enough stupid deaths from people driving cars drunk. I hate seeing people out on snowmobiles drunker than a skunk. If they reck on their own and die that is sad, but what is worse is all of the young kids that ride out there are vulnerable to these drunk [email protected]#&s. RIDE HARD ALL DAY, DRINK ALL NIGHT BACK AT THE CAMP.
Wow, that is messed up! I strongly oppose drinking and driving anything. It is sad because they almost promote it with snowmobiling.

wow, thus reallly makes me think. i too so not like drinking and driving, i had a good friend crash on his honda cbr 600 one early sunday morning after him and a friend were aout bar hoping, and the messed up part that still haunts me, is myself and another friend were one of the last to see him alive. and he wrecked only 2 miles from my house. everytime i drive that road, and see the spot where he went into the ditch-is a constant reminder that life is a valuable thing, and also makes me ride alot more careful. my friend was only 18 years old, and was leaving for college the next day.

Sorry to hear about your friend xltman.
I must say that this does make you think twice about drinking and driving, or even letting anyone you know drink and drive.

It's not how fast you go, but how much fun you are having.
my dad is a cop and I have heard too many stories of accidents on sleds because the guy was drinking and going too fast. Every weekend i hear at least one gruesome story. DON"T DRINK AND RIDE!!1
oh yeah, and erick, don't do that again man! when i read your post on the meain page I thought it was you that was in the accident!
A first I thought the same thing. Sometimes I wonder, especially at night, about some of the people on the trails. Very sad.
