Here is the progress on the never ending task of customizing sleds!!!! Powder coated rear 136" RMK suspension totally rebuilt. Hope you like!!!!
PS The RMK in the background is getting its suspension rebuilt also...Not done yet.

WOW, that looks awesome! How much did it cost to powder coat?

That is so cool. That thing is going to melt snow just sitting in it. Is that a custom job for a client or just you guys moding a sled for future sale?

Well, With all of the parts, It cost about $275 that includes however about 18 parts some suspension and some others that will be installed later. After all that is said and done, it usually cost the most for the set-up charge than it does for the paint and labor. If you have patience, yu can usually get it done much cheaper if the powder coater is doing the same color for multiple clients ( usually about half the cost) but the color we chose for the sled was not going to be run for quite some time, and we were not willing to wait that long. We'll have to see how it handles the winter, and let you know how durable it is. Just wanted to try something different.
