The seller has a 99.8% positive feedback out of 1,523. I highly doubt it's a scam.

From the feedback rating, comments and number of comments I would say no. He is also somewhere were there is snow it's not in like Florida or Georgia which can SOMETIMES support a scam.

most scammers dont bother with those small items! they have bigger fish to fry, unfortunately.

Up here in the northeast, I have noticed that about a dozen or so dealers have gone belly up for some reason..That being said, we will tend to see a flood of small parts such as belts and stuff like that on Ebay and other auction sites.. These dealers that I am talking about have all closed within the last three months or so.. I find that really strange!!!!
