like today before i went to get my sled i was in the bathroom and noticed my sisters curling iron, and a thought popped into my head "wow this thumb thingy reminds me of a snowmobile throttle!" so i sat on the toilet and pretended i was snowmobiling.... ok i know it sounds wierd, but i didnt realize i was doing it until she came in and started to laugh at me.
but thats ok because i got my new sled today! dont have to pretend anymore, just thought i would share my story. maybe i will try the curling iron some more this summer

you know a few things come to mind with this story,,,, HOPEFULLY while you were pretending to be sleddin with the curling iron throttle, you were clothed. and not takin care of business........cant say as i have ever prtended to be snowmobiling, no snow, just ride it across the lawn a few times, and sniff the 2-stroke- usually gets me the fix im looking for.

I have pretended to be hitting the gas in a car before. Like sitting in a chair and my foot is moving like I am hitting the gas. I imagine riding all the time but can't say I do that.

my wife wont let me drive us anywhere anymore. i would always stare at the ditch and make sled noise and see sleds zooming around or a big drift on a tall wall and see yourself hitting that sucker. this is in the summer mind you and i would start to drive off the road or almost got hit or hit some one to many times to be allowed to drive her anywhere. no big loss now i can daydream harder.

I sometimes like just set my hands on the desk in school and start thinking like I am drag racing. I sort of arch my legs like they are back on the boards just stiffen my upper body and hit my thumb like the flag dropped. When I move my thumb I stiffen my lefs like I do on the sled. Man I love drag racing :)
