On a stock sled, probably not very much, if any at all.

If you were bored, stroked, ported and piped, then it might be measurable.

depends on the sled. on a very sensitive dyno you might be able to see small changes in the low end hp and torque numbers, the old muscle cars used to use cross ram manifolds, the real long intake runners gave the car more torque.

some engines really woke up with them because of reed cage design and how they sat in an engine.
