The extra oil in first tank of oil can make hesitation problem worse. After 250 miles things should be better however the recall will address fuel vapour lock. I believe they will add a fuel vapour seperator to main line.

Black, do you mean when you were charging good size bumpy trails at higher speeds it does that? similiar to some of doo SDI's ? kinda of like missing fuel kick in and too much air is going in while blazing down attacking mogals!

My Dragon is in the shop right now. The recall is to cure the hesitation problem when you are on and off the throttle. The hesitation has been there from mile 1 thru almost 500 miles. The hesitation is there whether it is a smooth trail or full of moguls, it doesn't matter. Not exactly sure, but I believe it is a fuel filter and return line kit.
Mine is also getting a new clutch (not sure if that is a recall or not). My clutch would not shim to a belt clearance of .030, so Polaris is giving me a new one. [:D]

Revagade800x no when you give it gas to the bar then let off.
What part of after letting off the gas and hitting it again did you not get.
They say they need a restictor but i say put a regulator there.
My 2 cents
