I recently purchased a Polaris Hybrid helmet with an electric face shield. Unfortunately it did not come with wiring instructions. Anyone have any wiring diagrams on where to wire it in? Would it void the warranty on my 06 Fusion? TIA

It won't void your warranty.
Most newer sleds have an extra accessory plug or two on them. look around under the hood by your dash. also possibly something coming off your voltage regulator.

Wireing diagrams can be found on the polaris site and are pretty handy. Never hook anything to black. I'v heard people tell me all the time that its 12v power. Its not. Its the ignition and grounding it will shut down the sled.

dealer told me on my 02 xcsp use a bullet connector (the larger size, .188" I think it is) to the extra hole in the connector at the voltage regulator (yellow wire), and ground to one of the mounting studs for the regulator. (or a brown wire)
