Does anyone know where i can get a electric start kit for an xlt? I already know of one place but they sell used parts and i want new. And anyone know how much they are? And how hard are they to put in?

Place to get one: Polaris Dealer

Cost: Lots

Hard to install: No but Pain in the ass, u need to change primary clutch because a sprocket goes on there and you need to hook a bunch of wiring up.

Does it slow you down?: Yes

Will it fix your hard to start problem?: Probably not, you will just be hard on the starter motor and drain the battery.

Would I recommend it: Unless you are 80 years old and have lepersy, no. Find out what the problem is and fix it.

Just my opinions
