My 1987 Ski-Doo Safari 377E has a tough time starting. I put new spark plugs in. It has a spark, i ordered a new coil just in case. I rebuilt the carbuerator, but it still had a tough time starting. The fuel pump works good, it takes a bout of 5 minutes of canstant pulling to start it. I checked the fuel lines and they are clear. I don't know what the problem could be. Please help snow is here and the sled just sits there.[V]

if you try to spray a little bit of starting fluid in the carbs, what happens? sounds like you might have a fuel pump problem, or possibly an air leak. double check everything and the syncronization. -Polaris Doc

I checked the fuel pump and i think it might be stuck on. I think this is because, when i took out the spark plugs and pulled it repeatedly. It just just was shooting out fuel in a constant thick mist. And my battery was dead this morning. So the pump could have pumped till the battery died out. I think it might need new jets. But i am not sure.
